My Dad loved this! I have received many pictures from caregivers showing him holding this. He likes to put his hands inside. I just thought it was highly overpriced.

My mother in law loved this little doggy. She played with it or just held the beads. The attachments are help on with a snap type button. Easy to remove reattach.

My spouse has Alzheimer's and is in a Nursing Facility. He fidgets constantly. And he misses our dogs. I got this for the two reasons above. It's a Christmas gift so don't know how he likes it. It is very soft and well made. I think this is a good product.

I bought this for my mother who had Alzheimer's. It kept her busy with all of the different textures. I highly recommend this for any person with dementia or trouble concentrating.
