This has been a great gadget for a dementia patient. Uses it daily and many times during the day. Probably more for the mid to early late stage of dementia. Invest in it, if you are not sure whether it would work. Keeps him occupied for an hour or more.

This was bought for an Alzheimers's parent. She loves it. It keeps her busy hands on something safe and cozy. She especially likes the crackly snap on.

My mom loves it! Since her dementia progressing, she become increasingly fidgety. This is a lifesaver! Highly recommend.
