This is the yeast used by professionals, no proofing just add it to recipe. It works great and should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

With instant yeast there is no need to proof the yeast you just add the granules to liquid and sugar and add in the flour. As long as the yeast is not expired you are not likely to encounter any problems.I hate wasting ingredients and I love that this yeast is always easy to access in my refrigerator and freezer. I keep a glass bottle filled with yeast in the refrigerator and keep the rest in a sealed bag in the freezer. In a bread recipe I made recently I used one tablespoon and it was perfect.I use a variety of yeast products but this one tastes the most like a professional yeast you would find in a bakery. Try it and I think you will be impressed. If you use a bread machine, this yeast is essential.The Rebecca Review

This is the way to buy yeast if you bake a lot. Just re-ordered. Keep it in a container on the fridge and it will last a long time. Rises well from the 1st teaspoon to the last. Short prove time . I can recommend this product for home or professionals.

I do a lot of baking and have found that this product is one of the best and has an awesome purchase price. I keep my in the freezer in a sealed container which seems to add a lot of shelf life to the product. I bought my fist one over a year ago. Not knowing what to expect. After opening the foil bag and loosing some of the contents as it fell on the floor.While proofing it I have notice that it seems to have way more activity when testing and when using it with breads and pastry.It was the most reasonable price when the pandemic hit. But is an even better price today. If you bake and what the best value for your dollar. You might want to check this one out.I would highly recommend this one to you folks!
