Mission: Safe Crossings Foundation is called to action by the suffering of grieving children. We feel a profound sense of unfairness, empathy and compassion when vulnerable young lives are torn apart by the death of a loved one.

Programs: Funding for programs that provide therapeutic books, individual and group children's grief support services, including a 3 day bereavement camp and in-school group counseling, for children and their families in king county.

safe crossings foundation hosts an annual conference, the northwest conference on children's grief, which provides regional clinicians, therapists, counselors and volunteers an opportunity to learn about best practices when dealing with grieving children and their families. It also allows for regional professionals to network and build community.
