When I bought this I was skeptical. I doubted this piece could fix my problem. I had just bought a 17ft Craftman with a 150hp Yamaha and I had a terrible time getting it up out of the water and on plane. Since this was the first boat I have owned I didnt know what was the problem. I saw this online and thought I'd give it a shot. It took about 30 minutes to install and man did it make a difference! Like diving a different boat! I usually don't give reviews on anything but i had to on this one, Great product!

Definite game changer for my boats performance. Installed on a Merc cruiser Alpha 1 Gen2.Boat popped up on plain like a dream and steering was very responsive and predictable. Spent a week on the lake immediately after the install. Had all conditions of water. From ocean like waves to glass, it handled them all like a champ.So far my best boat purchase !

I have used this on four boats, it is easy to install, well made, and it WORKS, boat runs better, rides better. Well worth the money.

I love it it's like having trim tabs on a larger boat, it helps get the boat out of the water quicker and I'm sure it will save some fuel.
