Mission: Our mission is to empower youth to become confident, purpose-driven leaders by cultivating supportive connections with influential mentors. SOLE Effects equips 100% of our participants with leadership skills:●Professionalism: demonstrating dependability, decisiveness, integrity, inclusivity, and problem-solving and relationship-building skills●Communication: actively listening, speaking assertively and effectively●Stress management: staying calm under pressure and reducing anxiety●Emotional intelligence: managing emotions maturely and relating empathetically●Academics and attendance: showing up, participating actively, and developing grit●Passion and purpose: investing in an interest or cause, influencing othersSOLE Effects teaches critical tools to deal with these every-day issues:●Peer and societal pressure: making healthy decisions, speaking up courageously●Emotions: navigating through challenges, negative thoughts, and loneliness●Screen-time management: building healthy, responsible media habits●Relationships: courageously setting personal boundaries and developing healthy connections

Programs: our SOLE Effects Adventure, college students mentoring high school students. Also, we have a Leadership Certification Course for college-age students, led by strong peer leaders.
