Mission: ‘Our mission is to restore dignity to those experiencing homelessness, food, and employment insecurity in the Greater Bridgeport area. Mission and Purpose Statement:We achieve our mission by:Providing home cooked meals nightly, seven days a weekNetworking among private and municipal agencies to offer employment, housing and drug rehabilitation opportunitiesOffering free grocery distributionWhen we connect the homeless to services, programs, and activities, we earn trust and build lifetime relationships within our community thus restoring dignity and transforming individuals into productive, self-sufficient, tax paying citizens. Our basic mission is to address food insecurity and homelessness in the Greater Bridgeport area. We pursue our goal by providing hot meals and housing support services to individuals in need. In addition to these primary provisions, we also provide assistance with any immediate needs that may help to improve the living conditions of those in need who have maxed out other options with items such as clothing, household goods and assistance with travel expenses related to job opportunities and relocating.

Results: over 500 people helped99 homeless transitioned from streets to their own apartmentsOver 20,000 meals served to homelessOver 50 Cell phones handed out60 apartments furnished 15 jobs given and the list goes on but we would like for the attention to be drawn to the mission as there are many others to help and focus on.
