Mission: Safe + Sound Somerset Is a non-profit organization exclusively dedicated to serving those whose lives have been impacted by domestic abuse. We have advocated and provided services for more than 35 years. Our mission is to end domestic abuse and empower victims by providing protection, education and resources. Results: 98% of clients surveyed who know more ways to plan for their safety. 96%of clients surveyed who know more about community resources. 96% of clients surveyed who know more about the cycle of violence. Number of clients in emergency shelter 50 Women, 43 Children. Number of nights of safety provided to victims in our residential program 3,800.Number of hotline calls received annually 4,000+. Number of unduplicated individuals provided with services through intake 1,541.Number of program/service hours provided annually 6,500.
