A good replacement hinge with soft close feature as long as it is the right size. Please ensure to check the size of the original hinges that you are trying to replace.

I needed to replace the original Salice hinges that came with my 2-year-old house to reduce the banging noise. I checked the original Salice hinge and ordered their soft close model. It's easy to install and only takes about 1 minutes to remove the original hinge and replace with the new one. I used two soft close hinges for both my 30 and 42 cabinets.

If you have existing F45 Salice hinges you will have no problems fitting there on. The screw holes line up perfectly. I have tall cabinets with each door having 3 hinges. I found that replacing 2 (one at the top and one at the bottom. Left the middle one) works perfectly. When I replaced all 3 the hinges were too strong and the doors would not close on their own.I also have lower cabinets with 2 hinges. I replaced just 1 and it worked perfectly. I would say you don't need to replace all hinges, just some of them.
