The only issue I had, was that during install the turn on the key was opposite.

Fits right in. Multiple cams you can put on to get the right fit to lock the door.

simple to use. I had to twist one of the 5 options a bit to make it work for a really old mailbox but it worked. It was hard to bend the metal so it seems the metal is sturdy

Moved in to new Townhouse and mailbox lock was broke. After many attempts to find a replacement, I found these. Good choice, the package had many variations of the size that was needed

This is the second one I've purchased. The first one was a different brand and became difficult to use after only a month in the Seattle rain. I've been using this one for a couple months now, and it looks and functions like new. Glad I spent a little extra to get this one. Would do it again (though I won't need to!).

It took me about 10 minutes to swap out my old lock with this one. The only tool I used was a wrench to loosen and then tighten the nut on the back.I have only used it twice so time will tell how long it lasts but the key slides in and out very smoothly unlike my old lock. I like how it included a lock washer as my old lock needed to be tighten a little every few months.

Lock replaced a broken apartment building mailbox lock. Easy to install without tools and fit perfectly. Could have been a little sturdier but seems like it'll hold up.

If you're looking to replace your USPS lock in the neighborhood cluster mailbox, then this will not work. Similar size a shape. Seems like it should work, but hole doesn't allow it to fit.

I was renovating a 100 unit apartment building and needed a product that would allow me to lock my 100 mailboxes for my tenants. I chose this product and it is durable easy to install and a great value overall I would highly recommend this product!

My USPS mail lock was not working so I ordered this to replace it. I replaced and it is working pretty well. Only issue I found was direction to open-close this lock is different than original USPS lock but I am less worry about it.
