Organic Shoyu is brewed with soybeans and wheat resulting in a more aromatic sauce perfect for dipping or as a table condiment. It is naturally brewed for up to six months and made with no artificial preservatives or additives.

*All naturally brewed soy sauce produces alcohol during fermentation. San-J adds only enough alcohol (derived by using sugarcane) to bring this to a level of 2% which prevents yeast or mold.

This bottle needs a new spout. The product is great, but it seems to get wasted due to the oversized spout. It comes out way too fast. It doesn't take much shoyu to season a whole dinner! But if you accidently overdue you can ruin a whole dinner!!

I love the product. The bottle makes it really hard to use at the table. The spout is huge and using small amounts is difficult. It is necessary to put in another container for use, at our house, even for cooking to avoid poring too much.
