Mission: Our mission is to provide critical support to impoverished youth in the Inland Empire by empowering families through year round and seasonal programs.
Results: Over 2,000,000 children's lives have been significantly touched since Santa Claus, Inc. was founded in 1952.Now entering its 69th year, Santa Claus, Inc. /Youth Enrichment Services (YES!) provides basic and essential needs for over 150,000 children annually.
Target demographics: Between 150,000 and 200,000 underprivileged children throughout the Inland Empire each year each year
Direct beneficiaries per year: 150,000 children through strong collaborations with 20 Inland Empire School Districts, 60 other nonprofit agencies, county agencies, churches, and law enforcement partnerships.
Geographic areas served: Santa Claus, Inc. and its Yes! programs work in both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties through our seasonal and year round programs. Working in 20 school districts, with 60 other nonprofits, churches, law enforcement, major hospitals, and social service agencies, Santa Claus, Inc. works 12 months a year.
Programs: Operating under the umbrella of Santa Claus, Inc. Youth Enrichment Services - YES! programs provide basic and essential services to over 135,000 children year round. "Adopt a School" - partnering with the most impoverished schools to provide basic essential needs all year long, "Birthdays in a Bag" - ensuring that children in poverty have very special birthday celebrations, Accessible Services in Action Policing (ASAP) - in partnership with local law enforcement officers, providing 24/7 access to critical need items and temporary hotel stays for families suffering in homelessness and/or abuse, and "Belongings" - providing beautiful 24 in. x 24 in. hand sewn duffel bags for new, incoming foster kids in critical need of clothing, shoes, toys, comfort, and love. Santa Claus, Inc. 's signature "Christmas Distribution" program provides a Merry Christmas for thousands of underprivileged kids at Chrismastime.
