Mission: SCOOP is dedicated to reducing suffering and overpopulation among cats through non-lethal methods.

Results: SCOOP has provided spay/neuter vouchers for over 1800 stray and feral cats and has helped hundreds of sick, injured and abused stray and feral cats through the Sick and Injured Cat (SIC) Program that assists community members with the cost of medical care for these cats. In addition, SCOOP cares for many special needs cats with various medical issues such as FIV, FeLV, asthma, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, epilepsy, blindness, etc. These cats receive the best daily and medical care possible, and Hospice care.

Geographic areas served: Cincinnati, OH

Programs: Sick and Injured Cat (SIC) Program that provides financial assistance for the medical care of sick, injured and abused stray and feral cats. This program is for community members of any income because anyone who assists a stray or feral cat is performing a community service. The Prevent A Litter program (PAL) provided spay/neuter vouchers to community members of any income who helped a stray or feral cat. Over 1800 vouchers were provided.
