Capacity building for state school-based health care associations and community school sites. Webinars offering information on a variety of health and mental care topics on children and youth to school-based health care implementation, management and sustainability, with average attandance of 100+.
to build political and public support for the alliance and its mission and to improve the health status of children and youth by advancing and advocating for school-based health care. During the course of the year, congressional visits and briefings were held.
to provide a premier convention for over 700 professionals and 50 youth interested in the school-based health care field and movement. The convention provided over 60 workshops, 3 plenary sessions and 30 posters as learning opportunities.
