If you have a refrigerator (or a giant cooler) on your camping trip and love processed foods- this is the book for you. I realize processed foods make it easier but almost every recipe requires them. They even list specific name brands in the recipe- which seems odd. One of the recipes is to drink Jello powder mixed with hot water. Many of the recipes just seem so unappetizing even for kids.

When they say 34; The Conners' 34;Wrote the book(s)34; on Dutch Oven cooking, they really meant it. Tim and Christine are the real thing, and this cookbook is the real thing. Great, simple, and most of all GOOD recipe's. It is a mainstay in the RV for when we Dutch Oven cook.
