The detail on the exterior is nice. The flashing blue light and sound didn't work at first, so I replaced the battery. Then it only worked intermittently for a few days and then quit altogether. Should have returned it.

As an overly obsessed Doctor Who fan, I am constantly adding items to my ever growing Doctor Who collection. I found this cookie jar and knew I had to have it. It is absolutely perfect!! It holds two packages of Newman's Own Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies (similar to Oreo's). The cookie jar lights up and sounds like the Tardis when you open the lid or press the light. It takes three small, round disc batteries (size LR44, 1.5v), which are included. And did I mention that it's bigger on the inside...? (sorry, I couldn't help myself )

It was plastic, I was expecting ceramic. Kind of small inside - I suppose I was expecting it bigger inside! But it was a real hit with the light and the noise was perfect, and the receiver planned to put something else inside and said it was perfect!

Bought this as a Christmas present and looks lovely online but when it got here wasn't as impressed as it is plastic. Still kept it and recipient loved it regardless since it's Dr. Who.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday! She is a Dr Who fan big time! I hated this but I gave it to her and she Loved it! That's why I didn't return it! I was expecting a better made product for the price!

Three stars for being a pretty good likeness of the TARDIS. However, mine arrived nonfunctional and I replaced the batteries and sounds and lights still don't work. I'm in the process of returning it and going to try to order it again and hopefully get a working one.
