I purchased a used Dodge Wheelchair van in NJ for my sister that lives in Virginia. The van had sat and not used for 6 months with half a gallon of gas in the tank. I thought the gas was probably bad and the ethonal had probably absorbed water but I just filled it up with premium gas and took it to Va. I made it to just southe of Washington DC, the worst traffic on the east cost at rush hour and the Van started stalling and cutting off in 5 lanes of stop and go traffic. I had to keep one foot on the brake and the other on the gas to keep it running. I pulled off at the first exit I came to, went over to Rt. 1 and found an autoparts store. I told the older man at the store what was happening and out of the couple dozen cans of fuel treatment on the shelf, he told me to get a couple cans of SeaFoam. I put one can in at the auto shop, drove a mile or so down Rt. 1 to fill up the gas tank to full and before I got to the gas station it started running without me having to keep my foot on the gas when I stopped or slowed down. I added enough gas to fill it up to full, added the second can and before I could get back out on interstate 95 it was running normal. I made it to my destination without any more problems but told my sisters husband that he may have to get some work done if it starts cutting out on him but he never had another fuel problem again with the van years later. Great stuff, would not believe it if I had not lived it! Now I use it in ALL of my 4 stroke and 2 stroke motors. Still running a 1990 Johnson 225 and still running strong, I'm sure it helps keep two stroke oil carbon down. Highly recommend!
