I put this in my new used 05 Ford Escape Hybrid and drove around and waited about a week to see if this did anything before writing a review, and no complaints yet. Although this is one of the slow kinds of hybrids, I can tell the throttle response has improved. I was skeptical at first and thought MPG may be getting worse, but it could have been the carbon deposits burning off or something. After resetting the MPG gauge I did notice the average going up by about 2 without changing any driving habits.

Helped to eliminate hesitation in engine and it also improved gas mileage by 1 mile per gallon

I waited a few weeks for this entire bottle to run thru the car/tank of gas. I wasn't looking for wow results and in the end the changes were subtle and gradual. One day it just dawned on me that the lower speed acceleration had become effortless. When hitting the passing lane, the acceleration was more immediate. I will certainly add another bottle to the fuel tank in the near future if I continue to have a smoother running car.

This stuff definitely gives my car a little boost, but I feel like other treatments are better. I would not recommend using it as frequently as the bottle calls for. Maybe once every two to three months. Unless your car is really old.

Sounds like some of you just need to take your vehicle to a mechanic. Pouring something into the fuel tank isn't always going to fix the problem.

Seafoam is a great product, use their gas treatment in small engines . This product smoothed out the idle in my truck that may have been due to the gas on today's market.

I'm unsure of improved mileage but I can sense smoother fuel injection and drive at 65mph or less.

Good to booster clean your engine. I liked it keeps my car car running harmony without any issue.

There is no doubt that mileage improves when this product is used. The challenge is, does it improve enough to justify the cost of the product?
