A previous owner had Mickey-Moused the throttle cable to act as both throttle and shut-down.Eventually this led to the cable breaking.This new cable fit perfectly, and the install was textbook.

Product worked great, but if at all able to, remove old cables and measure or get number from them, I measured as they told me from controls to motor and added 4 feet for outboard and the cable was 3 ft to long, I was able to tuck into back by transome, some boats don't have that luxury. best way is to measure old cable.
