Less than 3 hours of run time, and 1 (factory) terminal connection loosened causing a voltage drop at motor. Two screws threads stripped when snugged up during installation. Don't waste your time and money on one of these.

I installed this on my 1997 Fischer 175 with a Mariner 50HP 4 stroke. Worked as it should but took a minute to figure out the wiring. It could have a better set of instructions, but it is universal.

I forgot my boat key floaty laying on deck when pulling out from lake. Forgot to get them off before heading home and the must have blew off. I back tracked to see if I could see the bright red floaty but no. So instead of paying a locksmith a ton of money, I bought this new switch and put in myself for less than$30. Saved me probably about a $100.
