First one lasted 2 years. Then it would automatically come on for no reason and not shut off. Unhook from battery and reconnect and it would be fine but, 15 minutes later, it would kick on again. Could see nothing wrong. Internal float switch flaking out?New one works fine. Time will tell.

The float did not work 2 days after I installed. 1 day out of the return frame so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Great pump for the money. Float is built in savings money and space. I retro fitted this in my boat shower sump basket.
