The verdict is still out because haven't needed to use it yet but it came in a box that was a mess. The box looked old, used and best up, the slicker looked more likely new....weird!

Excellent product. Works as advertised. Easy to put on. I have it on my pull cart all the time. No need to take it off as bag pockets are easy to access. Also have it on when using a golf cart. I got yellow because it's easy to see from a distance in case the guys behind me get a little frisky and decide to test how far they can drive it.
