Mission: To increase the opportunity for literacy by providing high quality, low cost braille books for blind and visually impaired children.

Target demographics: Children with vision loss gain braille literacy skills.

Geographic areas served: The Metro-Detroit area.

Programs: The organization provides braille reading materials for braille readers in all 50 states and several foreign countries. In 2020,29,759 books, articles, and educational products were distributed and 60% of them were given away completely FREE! Seedlings provides titles for ages 0-12 and up.
