Put boiling water in a cup, add 1/2 t or so…depending on size of cup, then sweetener of choice, and a dollop of 1/2&1/2. Then use a whip … like one from the mixer…and spin so that the product is all mixed..if it foams, bravo for you.then sip and enjoy,
