I needed something that would fit under the stairs for a patch panel and UDM pro. This is perfect. Well made and easy to install.

I had another, bigger rack that was sticking out too far in my basement storage room. This one has sides on it, where the other rack was wide open. The only holding it back from 5 stars is the price. It's a piece of formed/bent metal with holes in the front for your switches and patch panels. It might cost $40 to actually make it.

Recent versions of this have the holes 16-inches on center for stud-mounting and it makes a difference. Extremely sturdy for my shallow depth networking equipment.

This is a very well made and priced rack. The only negative is one week after mounting it using the included mounting hardware in drywall it fell off the wall at 1:30AM!! Looking at the mounts the plastic Anchors actually broke (never seen that before), and there was less than 10lbs on the rack ( only three slots were used). Buy, but use different wall mounting anchors!!

I had read other reviews, saw some of my same componentsin this case and took the leap. I am glad did. Everything just seems to go together and its the perfect size. I didn't mount it to the wall, I just set it on top of my 3 shelf Carson bookshelf and the depth of the bookshelf and this rack are perfect. Nice!

I've spent a decade designing and building various sized racks of computer equipment. I didn't need much for my home network setup but also didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for one either. This was super affordable, had U locations on both rails, included mounting hardware, and is more than sturdy enough. One complaint is the support rail used on top or bottom of rack does cut into the top/bottom U location, so if mounting 3 2U servers, it likely would give you issues.

Does what its supposed to do. However, only enough hardware is included to mount three units. What a shame, otherwise good for what it is.

We needed a small rack for our small network (VOIP phones, computers AP). We had room only in a hallway built-in cabinet for our switch, router and UPS. This rack was small, yet extremely sturdy for the equipment that we had to mount. We are extremely pleased with this rack!

The physical description online is exactly what I received. I put in a patch panel, network switch, UPS battery back up, surge protectors to make a small network tidy and functional. I could't ask for more. Very sturdy rack.

Arrived in great condition. Solid, well made rack that is holding UDM Pro, 24 port switch, 1U shelf, and patch panel perfectly using rack studs.Would buy again.

It's a rack, does it's job. The accuracy of the cutouts isn't the best. The top U is blocked by the bar going across the top.

Excellent construction. It works well for patch panels, power, and maybe a CloudKey, but it won't work for long equipment like an NVR or full server

This panel is exactly what I needed in my home server room to organize all of my data lines. I also bought a number of inserts for the panel box and everything fit perfectly. Very pleased with the purchase.

NO SURPRISES. Except that fastener hardware count was insufficient for 6 items. I got enough for only three panels. Those fasteners are expensive, if bought additionally.
