I like the safe. Spacious, sturdy, clean looking interior.The key holder doubles as the cover for the battery pack. It's a nuisance and I scratch my arm on it often.Missing feature: interior L.E.D. lighting.

I purchased this to use in the office of our retail store. We had an old dial combination safe that was difficult to operate. This safe is easy to enter the combination. The one thing we initially had trouble was the batteries coming loose so that the keypad wouldn't work. We finally add some thin foam to hold the batteries in and it has worked great since.

Good size but it is hard to get some objects in it because the door does not open fully.Also the batteries become dislodged easily and you have to open with the key. But overall I like it a d it suits my needs.

My last safe was more for paper, files and such. Ran out of room in it to store other personal items. We have always been happy with the Sentry products. Showed it to my son and I think your going to have another buy when he receives this next stimulus check.

As long as you realize this safe is not a fireproof or waterproof you should have reasonable expectations. This is actually my second safe I purchased. They are both identical model numbers. The first safe was great but I needed a second safe of similar size to hold more items. After moving the safe in place I realized I was missing a shelf. A tall shelf is worthless if it only has 1 or two shelves! I also need a battery cover. Maybe the person who assembled my second safe was asleep on the job. Hopefully someone from Sentry Safe reads this and offers a replacement shelf and battery cover. Too much grief to return. With only 4 removable parts, how do you screw up quality control? Just count to four!

Product came damaged through ups. It has scrapes and dents however it is still functionable so my husband is keeping it. To heavy to return.

This safe is very heavy ! I was going to bolt it down to the floor , but this is so heavy , nobody will be able to carry it out !! Love this safe . Strongly recommend this , if you're looking for something heavy duty , this is for you ! Plenty of room inside , easy to operate.

Only problem is battery case cover falls off but called manufacturer and it is a known problem and they sent upgraded cover which works fine
