This amplifier works very well, however I took quite a while to complete the order for a new battery. However with a patient lady the battery is on the way here. Thank you

Hello. My wife uses this Serene speaker with her cell phone via bluetooth connection. It helps her her phone conversations, she has hearing loss, it works better than the speakerphone on her phone. There are many levels and types of hearing loss i have found out. So this will be different for some people.It helps my wife not miss as many spoken words if she didn't use it for phone calls.Thank you.

I have very poor hearing. i can no longer hear my regular house phone. i have hearing aides.but when i am home i do not wear them. That is when the phone rings. OH SUGAR. I connected this to the home phone via blue tooth . Guess what . I have to turn this down. IT IS TOOO LOUD. I have 3 of these now and they all need to be turned down. It's wonderful

I got this devise for my elderly dad. He loves it! He told me that it was a life saver for him!!He has had trouble hearing on his mobile phone for a couple of years. No more!!

I'm very hard of hearing and this amplifies phone calls where i can hear well. would of gave it 5 stars but stand by time is a little less than they say.

My mother can't hear but won't spend the money on a hearing aid. When we need to speak with her in the phone, it is frustrating. I painted this to her TracFone and she even has to turn the volume down. We use it on Loudspeaker mode.
