Well, yes it can be turned off if accidentally turned On. Just open the top and hold the On button down for 2 or 3 seconds. It will turn OFF!It won't dry very wet buds. Must shake/blow off most water or liquids before using. It takes a while to become very warm- I don't think the heater is turned on until after the UV lights turn off. I put some spacers under it to allow more ventilated air to flow through it. I sometimes run it twice to dry better.Seems to work well overall, for me.

Easy to use and nice and compact. Very easy to use. I have two heating devices and this is my second device I use for one of them now. It seems to be working great. I would've given it 5 stars but I cannot tell if it is working as well as my other one or not yet. Time will tell.

Good it gets the job done the itch from ear mode is gone. The only reason one star deduct is the thing kinda small it can fit one BTE with full ear- mode easily, to use both you have to improvise it or use one hearing aid at a time.
