Best soupmix I have ever had. Add chicken and 1 can diced tomatoes and have a VERY HEARTY meal. Not too spicy but still packs a punch of flavor.

Made it last nite. Added can of tomatoes, some ground beef and some cutup chilies.Cooked for 20 min - really good.

While I admittedly add more more than just chicken to this soup mix to tweak the flavor (we add taco seasoning for a bit of spice), it is a family favorite amongst my husband and kids. If adding chicken, I highly recommend adding cooked diced boneless skinless thighs (along with all the juices after cooking the thighs as well). Always worth keeping a package on hand in the pantry.

Substitute some milk and chicken broth for some of the water and it makes a really nice creamy soup

Great stuff. My grocery store stopped selling it so I have to buy it here. Best if you add shredded chicken or turkey BUT try ground turkey as well. Either method produces a great tortilla soup.

This mix makes a delicious tortilla soup. It was fast and easy to make. I added cut up rotisserie chicken, a can of diced tomatoes and water. Spices were perfect.
