I can not believe people "buying" such nonsence as "polishing tooth is good" and sea salt is bad for your teeth and suggesting using regular table salt. If any one would write about this in review, I could save 12$ and not waste my time on this rubbish. There is a better book, and it is true to be holistic, I will donate this book to local library.

I started reading this book after having numerous teeth infections, 2 rounds of antibiotics and ear aches. My dentists wouldn't be able to offer any solution how to deal with and prevent it except for expensive dental procedures. Thanks to this book, I am feeling much better and intend to read more on a subject! This book was an eye-opener for me. I wish I had read it 30 years ago!

Just started but can tell it is good. Bought too many books at the same time and only able to read pages at a time because I want to read all of them

This is a very informative book and certainly well researched. I believe it is wise to get as much information as possible about our body - how it works and how to care for it in the wisest and most natural way possible. You may not follow every advice in the book but you will not take oral care lightly once you read it. It just makes sense. (There is a long list of references at the end.)

I liked this book better than Ramial Nagel's. More concise information with good recommendations for dental health.

Interesting and informative book. I don't do all that is recommended but I got a good idea reading this book on what kind of dental care I need. I tried the essential oils, but not the brand that they recommend which I think the author sells, and even one drop was sooooo strong, it inflamed my gums which felt very tender as well and red for days. It kind of hurt. I don't remember if using it straight was recommended in the book or not, I tried it straight and in Redmond's Natural Earthpaste toothpaste(has xylitol, no glycerin which coats teeth and prevents saliva from delivering nutrients to teeth and gums), and got the same result. But anyway, other than that I did learn a lot generally about natural ways of prevention and care, I don't agree with all that is in this book though. I also recommend the book "Your Jaws Your Life" by David C. Page, DDS, it is very important because the jaws are connected to the health of the rest of our body, it is more good information and prevention of heath and teeth problems. We all need to make sure to get our routine cleanings at the dentist at the least twice a year. God bless you all.
