Honestly I doubt I would have seen a difference if I ordered a used one, but the problem is that I ordered a New book. I paid the full price and while it did come a day earlier then expected, it came damaged with the back of the book all wrinkled with tears in odd spots.

The book comes with 2 disks, one for units 7-9 and the other for units 10-12. I received two 7-9 disks, but one of them was labeled as a 10-12 disk so I didn't know it was wrong until I tried it! After contacting the seller, they sent me a replacement 10-12 disk so overall I'm quite pleased with them. The book is fine, but no replacement for watching someone sign (so the disks are very helpful). I got the book for a class.

The book itself is junk when it comes to learning the language. Basically purchased just for the cds. Pictures illustrating how to sign specific vocab are unclear and hard to read

I love it, I ordered this book used so i was a little concerned exactly the condition of it. But it came 2 days early and its in almost perfect condition with both DVD,s included. I couldn't be happier wioth my purchase.
