The ones from costco are better.

I didn't realize until I talked to my nutritional nurse Tuesday how little protein almond milk has in it. It is mostly water. After I finish this order, it's back to soy milk for us.

I like the taste of the silk organic soymilk and the smoothness of the product, but it has added ingredients that were problematic for me and I had to quit using this product for that reason. I believe that it was the gellan additive in the product that caused me to be constipated, but cannot be sure if that particular additive was the problem. I do know that when I went back to using another soymilk made with only organic soybeans and water, that my constipation ceased, so do strongly believe that this additive is problematic for me and will not purchase products with this ingredient anymore.

I used to order this item frequently for $11.88. Now this item has doubled in price and is not worth the money.
