These are very fresh fennel seeds, so a little goes a long way. Nice strong flavor which I enjoy in my homemade pasta sauce but I would recommend you use a little less than you normally would, and then taste because they are nice and fresh and strong I will definitely buy again

The organic fennel came in a glass jar with a metal top. Arrived just in time to add to homemade chicken soup. Not much was needed. The product was fresh. I look forward to adding this savory herb to many of my Mediterranean dishes.

After eating a heavy meal pop a about a teaspoon of them bad boys in your mouth chew them about 4 minutes than swallow them it helps with gas.

Fennel seed has so many uses but I use it as a natural alternative to chewing gum. Plus it's used by some as a way to freshen up your breath.
