This is the best taco seasoning I've used. It's organic and full of flavor. The mild is just that and the spicy has a nice kick. If you want a nice medium spice level you can use equal amounts of each. Enjoy!

From the moment I opened my first seasoning packet, I knew I had hit the jackpot. I was seeking a spice blend that had a flavor profile similar to authentic Tex-mex eateries. I was tired of the muddy-flavored taco seasoning I had in my pantry and had yearned for a blend that had more of an oniony flavor.The first dish I'd made with this taco seasoning was Mexican picadillo, a ground beef and potato dish. I was impressed. The spices were perfectly balanced with minimal effort. 10/10

I use this with ground turkey and chicken as a healthy alternative for tacos, burritos and chili. It has great flavor, the perfect amount of spice and the best part is it doesn't have MSG or other flavor enhancers like yeast extracts, disodiums, autolyzed ingredients or sodium benzoate! Just the ingredients you know and the proper way to flavor a dish. I nuke a cup of water in the microwave and stir in the mix to get it nice and dissolved first, then pour it into the pan of browned meat where you can use it to deglaze all the delicious crispy meaty bits.
