this is a very easy way to add the desired ancho flavor to a dish..... much easier than toasting the chiles and pulverizing them to make them an integral part of the flavor..... good value for the money...

I used this to make Cinnamon and Ancho Chile Chocolate Bark that turned out FANTASTIC! (For this recipe see my review of Pergale dark chocolate!) This Chile powder was well packaged, arrived quickly, and smells fresh and delicious when I opened it. I would definitely buy from this vendor again! Top notch!

Altho the pull date was 2022, lacking in pepper nuanced flavors didn't taste fresh like the delicious chipotle.
