Use in place of Garam masala for a different flavor profile. Use less, such a warm sweet profile - little goes a long way. I dont use this a lot but when I do I always enjoy it and having something a little different.My favorite way to use this is in a simple soup with lamb or pork, a creamy white bean and mild vegetables. Usually carrot - sometimes a little sweet potato. Very comforting.
