I never had the need to use it. I never even opened it, bit the quality appeared good.

Absolutely LOVE this product. Very humane and allows you to sleep at night knowing your loved one is safe. My mom suffered a stroke and actually used to work in the elderly medical field. She is the one suggesting we posy her at night, she said I don't want to get up not knowing where I'm going either lol. We have this and a monitor... her mind is much better now, but initially she would feel the belt, then call out when she was awake.
