My wife is small and had a stroke.her left side is paralyzed so her arm is limp. This controls and protects her limp arm. And I paid $39.99. But it takes up a good amount of space in wheelchair and if you don't have the room it might be uncomfortable. At this price I think it's a must, if the person's arm is limp

This is an excellent product for stroke patients. Fits on wheel chairs with the longer arms.

I bought this for my father who is paralyzed on the left side. His arm is pretty much deadweight. So when he would sit in his wheelchair, it would fall and bang the left arm rest. He loves this and doesnt have to bang his arm up anymore.

Dad kept leading on one side because of his stroke this wedge is perfect prevent him from leaning and having to keep pulling him over great product
