We gave this product a try this month and love them! I'm so glad to have found a healthy organic snack for my family. I also found this out about the organic sunflower seed protein powder from the Skout Company: Our organic sunflower seed protein powder is made using only organic sunflower seeds. The powder is made by pressing the oil from the sunflower seeds and then grinding up the leftover sunflower seed meal into a powder.
