I like how you can organize your current items daily. Then afterwards, you can organize by months so if you need to pull important documents,it's organized and not just all shoved in a folder.

I'm pretty happy with this sorter. It's not too unwieldy, like the kind you'll find that is more of an pocket-style accordion. And the quality is acceptable, so long as you don't put it under rough conditions.

I have always relied on this brad of A-Z and calendar sorters in each office I've worked in. A-Z helps when you have no time for weeks to file, if you are still in a paper environment or when you need paper to have notes on clients and they would be quick at hand.The calendar sorter helps when there are deadlines to put notes as reminders when you, again, don't use an app.

The other folders I had purchased, have a hole in the center of the dividers, so you can just go to the first one that has papers inside. This does not, so if you want to sort temporarily and be able to find the next section quick, this is not the one. It is sturdy and does the job of helping to sort papers, so gave 4 stars.

After my brain injury I had to find a way to be able to stay on top of my multiple papers and duties in the office. This has been one of my most valuable tools. During the days where the work is busy putting my order packets together isn't always an option right away. This helps me stay on top of what pages go to what customer and still leaves my desk tidy and organized. If I am out for the day and a coworker needs to pick up where I left off they don't have to sort through every paper to find what they need just go to the letter and there it all will be. I love this tool.
