I have always relied on this brad of A-Z and calendar sorters in each office I've worked in. A-Z helps when you have no time for weeks to file, if you are still in a paper environment or when you need paper to have notes on clients and they would be quick at hand.The calendar sorter helps when there are deadlines to put notes as reminders when you, again, don't use an app.
