Great item

First I need to say. Who Knew! That finger nail polish would stop you from picking up the tabs. This was cheaper then the last sorter I bought. once I opened it, it looks sturdy and well made. I noticed the Pages didn't have the whole in the center. No problem. It's a nice feature but not a deal breaker. I started to put my papers in the sections and couldn't get my finger nails under the tabs!! I tried catching the tabs with the underneath of my finger nails. the tabs are stiff so I couldn't get my nail far enough underneath to pick it up. How crazy this sounds but it bothers me enough to pull out my old sorter. the cut of the tabs overlap each other so I was struggling to get the pages apart. The old more expensive sorter The Problem solved itself, Once I got a few papers in the S T sections, then you are able to push the tabs down to get underneath the one you want to lift. Now that I have papers in the sorter I can use my actual finger to lift the tabs with no problems.

This sturdy folder has enough space for 12 months and 31 days of tickler filing. Place the paperwork where it needs to be when you need it on the spot. Great organizer for timely duties. Highly recommended!

Paperwork lifesaver! This is multipurpose organizer. I'm using it to keep my paid bills and important at my fingertips!

Had one of these loved it so much, I got 2 more. I can rotate every 3 years I can file by day or month or both. Sits on desktop doesn't take up much desk real estate.

This is a very nice and durable sorter that is perfect for doing taxes or anything that needs to be sorted by month.

Makes sorting papers so much easier and faster. I do think it's a bit overpriced, but I find it very useful.

I do videoconferencing throughout the week for my job. I keep all my appointments in order using this great filing system I love this book! Next paragraph it's sturdy it's easy to open my paper stay inside without any issues I don't know how I lived without this before!I used to use looseleaf binders and I would need to put holes in my paper put them in and have to open and close it any time I wanted to remove the papers. With this system I just file them in and I can easily pull out what I need at a moments notice. Great investment.

I have relied on this type of organizer for years! It is awesome for keeping your tasks organized.

Works great for the use we need.

Purchased this item due to having piles of paper work on my desk and no where to file them (my office supplies are in storage since COVID). Not knowing how long it would be before I could get my home study office up I decided to purchase this Desk File Folder and happy I did!It has so many slots and is so expandable it handled my large pile of paper work easily and when I have invoices, reports and such coming in I just file it away. I purchased the one with the Months (Jan-Dec) and numbers (1-31) which has been a HUGE help keeping me from going crazy with all the paper work now corralled in 1 large Desk file in 1 area of my temp. office!The only down side or Con that I could see being a problem is all 3 sides are open and if the Desk file isn't in a safe place and it falls or is dropped to the ground, then most if not all the paper work will fall out. It would be great if there were in an expandable file folder for each slot to keep everything more secure. I know there are some types of expandable file folders out there, but this one is actually quite large and holds of ton of papers. That being said, I just make sure the Desk file is safe on top of a 3 tiered tray that I have with a bar on top so there are not accidents! I would absolutely purchase again and also suggest to anyone to purchase this Desk File if they are having paper (or even magazine/newspaper/advert) pile issues.
