I was skeptical and thought it's just flour.... No, no, no, naive Benjamin.... It's actually magical flour that is harvested from unicorn giggles. This flour makes fried chicken with an exceptionally crispy, voluminous yet airy she'll.... I never even knew that it could get that crispy AND STAY THAT CRISPY when frying at home.

We were using bread flour for our Ooni pizzas but read about this pizza flour. Did not seem to make a noticeable difference to our doughs. Recipe on packet made dough that was way too wet. Expensive experiment. Will look elsewhere In future.

Last night's pizza was the best yet, thanks to this flour.I used to be a skeptic about the 00 flour. No longer.It's making some aromatic sourdough starter too, where regular flour cannot.I wish there was a bulk option!

I don't claim to be much of a cook, and I just started making home-made pizzas, but I gotta say, I'm completely happy with this flour: The pizza crusts comes out thin, light, and flavorful rivaling (and in many cases, better than) anything I've paid for. I've used several bags of this and will certainly buy more (as I experiment with new toppings :)

I've attempted to make my own pizza dough for years now and it was never quite right. I always used AP flour simply because that's what I always have on hand. I finally caved... I bought a bag of this 00 pizza flour and followed the directions for the Neapolitan style pizza dough. It was everythint I'd hoped for! I wish KAB made bigger bags of this stuff! I'm very pleased, the flour is amazing and the price isn't too bad in my opinion.

I've made pizza dough with recipes from King A but this is the best ever! Will always keep on hand. Make sure to decide the day before you want pizza (or wake up early). I ended up halving the rise time and doubled the yeast. It was fine. Will follow the instructions next time, tho.

Soft, easy to make and fool proof. I didn't follow the exact direction in making the dough and letting it rise and our pizza was still delicious.

This was amazing omg!!! When I read reviews about how airy it was I was SOLD...and the airyness made the bottom more crisp and its healthy ...omg ...this is the ONLY flour in using from now on...
