I don't claim to be much of a cook, and I just started making home-made pizzas, but I gotta say, I'm completely happy with this flour: The pizza crusts comes out thin, light, and flavorful rivaling (and in many cases, better than) anything I've paid for. I've used several bags of this and will certainly buy more (as I experiment with new toppings :)
