Delighted with this. I've tried different pizza dough recipes using A/P and bread flour, but this is the first time I've used this particular blend. Recipe and instructions on bag allows the dough to sit and rise in the fridge overnight. Little kneading involved.Def recommend use of a pizza peel if you're using a baking stone. The recipe on the bag yielded a beautiful pizza with a crisp bottom and chewy, poofy edges. Now, I only had to bake my pizza about 5 - 6 minutes give or take, way less than the time recommended in the recipe. I'm also at a 7000 ft elevation where baking makes for a super irksome exercise in recipe-tweaking. I also check the bottom of this pizza crust by flipping part of it up with a wooden kabob stick. When it's brown crusted on the bottom, it's done.My done and your done might be 2 different things so please take into account the thickness of your pizza and number of toppings loaded on to your dough.I also flatten and fry this same dough in medium hot oil til golden brown, drain on paper towels, brush with garlic oil and smear it with a dollop of sour cream for a different taste treat. Delish!

So I used this flour for the first time for pizza crust and it turned out great as far as texture and consistency. Had nice stretch. Just don't overwork it.However the pizza crust recipe on the bag. It has way to much salt in it. The crust was border inedible.But the crust backed nicely . It had bubble wholes all throughout the crust. Nice crunch, nice chew. Just to salty.

I'm by no means a pro at making pizzas, but just recently started getting more into making them by hand including the dough. Tried several recipes with normal flour only for them to have very "bread-like" dough. Decided to give this a shot after some research and happy to have finally achieved good results! If you use the recipe on the package I'd advise doubling to make 3 pies or just doing the instructions as given and making your pies a bit smaller. The dough didn't rise as much as expected so it was thinner crust pizza. Not a problem for me but I may try other recipes for this flour. Overall happy with my purchase.

This flour makes great pizza dough, very worth a bit higher price. It helps my dough rise really nicely and is easy to work with on the bench.

For our woodfired pizza this flour is a game changer. Stretching the dough is much easier and the flavor is just right. I use my regular recipe using this flour in place of all purpose flour.

We made perfect pizza crust !! Super easy to make. The crust was light and firm. Great texture . We added herbs to the dough and it turned out delicious. The crust is not heavy or greasy. Mahalo
