We made perfect pizza crust !! Super easy to make. The crust was light and firm. Great texture . We added herbs to the dough and it turned out delicious. The crust is not heavy or greasy. Mahalo

This was my first bag of “00”. It was easy to work with and the best part is that it had a pizza crust recipe right on the bag.

The crust was pretty undone. I have a pizza steel stone and seen a you tuber video I wanted to try using this for my style pizza. Wish I took a picture. The dough is for Neopolitan not new your style. Didn't work out so well for me despite my steel pizza stone. I was very surprised how it didn't seem to want to cook at all. Literally had just been sitting on my shelf as I try figuring out what to do with it.

It was just the right amount and it’s served crate, purpose and making good pizza for a first timer. I have no complaints. King Arthur usually makes great products I’ve never had a problem in the past.

This flour makes the most incredible pizza crust. I have always used all purpose and the difference is mind-blowing! Chewy, delicious crust like from a NJ boardwalk pizza and I made it in my home with the easy recipe on the bag. I recommend it.

This flour makes a very light and delicate pizza crust -- everyone loves it! Our recipe includes room-temp light beer in place of water.

I really love KA flours, so to be fair I’m being a bit nit picky with my one complaint. It seems to have more malt in it than most european 00 flours. This is probably a good thing for people who are using this flour in their home ovens. But in a real pizza oven, and making Neapolitan style pizza, this results in more browning than you would typically want from the style.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this flour, and the wonderful results I’ve had so far. It’s light, airy, and extremely easy to work with. The pizza I made (with the King Arthur Flour calzone crust recipe) last night was not heavy at all, but very flavorful. I only wish I could find it in my area.

I can make 10 10inch pizzas with this bag. I don't like those big chain pizzas places. Most don't taste anything like pizza from my youth. I cannot justifying paying twice as much for hot pizza that tastes like frozen bottom shelf pizza from the grocery store. Everything taste like it came from a 'mix'. . I mean I know it does come from a mix, but ... They are nothing like the old school 'neighborhood' pizzerias from the past. One chain Sbarro's in the 80's/90's was okay back then and theyre no longer local. One freezer brand I can tolerate, Roncadin, isn't always available near me let alone in stock. King Arthur a great cost effective alternative for me. I like to cook. Youtube has great dough recipes. So hey.

My neighbor and I bake pizza pies to see who is best - she buys her 00 flour for $19 a bag - mine less than $10 ..... and mine is better than hers.... LOL. Let that be my little secret!
