The crust was pretty undone. I have a pizza steel stone and seen a you tuber video I wanted to try using this for my style pizza. Wish I took a picture. The dough is for Neopolitan not new your style. Didn't work out so well for me despite my steel pizza stone. I was very surprised how it didn't seem to want to cook at all. Literally had just been sitting on my shelf as I try figuring out what to do with it.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this flour, and the wonderful results I’ve had so far. It’s light, airy, and extremely easy to work with. The pizza I made (with the King Arthur Flour calzone crust recipe) last night was not heavy at all, but very flavorful. I only wish I could find it in my area.

I can make 10 10inch pizzas with this bag. I don't like those big chain pizzas places. Most don't taste anything like pizza from my youth. I cannot justifying paying twice as much for hot pizza that tastes like frozen bottom shelf pizza from the grocery store. Everything taste like it came from a 'mix'. . I mean I know it does come from a mix, but ... They are nothing like the old school 'neighborhood' pizzerias from the past. One chain Sbarro's in the 80's/90's was okay back then and theyre no longer local. One freezer brand I can tolerate, Roncadin, isn't always available near me let alone in stock. King Arthur a great cost effective alternative for me. I like to cook. Youtube has great dough recipes. So hey.

My neighbor and I bake pizza pies to see who is best - she buys her 00 flour for $19 a bag - mine less than $10 ..... and mine is better than hers.... LOL. Let that be my little secret!

I've had issues with pizza. I just can't get down with papa John's, Pizza Hut, Domino's or any of the chain pizza places. Just don't like the crust. So I went on a journey to make my own. King Arthur flour enters the chat and omg!!!! Hands down best!

Wish it weren't so much more than bread flour. But I used it along with my sourdough starter. It made a perfect Neapolitan style crust

As I said previously, I like King Arthur products and this one works too. I purchased this 00 flour to make prefermented pizza dough. The pizza came out crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside (though not like Wonder Bread) with a great taste!!
