Been making pizza n mj by from scratch for a long time, but switching to “00” flour from King Arthur is making an amazing difference. Head and shoulders above regular all-purpose flour, and particularly good when you let the dough sit overnight. worth the extra money over all-purpose flour.

We pretty much exclusively use King Arthur flour. I make pizza every week. Bought this for the dough and it worked great. Nothing worse that a crispy cracker crust. This flour had just the right crisp on the bottom, but overall had the right chew throughout. I cook on a pizza steel at 550F. I'd like to give the bag 0 stars if I could. It was a pain to open. It was sealed right up to the zip things so I had to cut really close and they don't stick together to keep it closed. There is also a lot of small adornment on the back and I keep thinking it's dirty or has bugs on it. Overall, very pleased with the flour.

This flour makes great/airy dough! The recipe on the bag doesn't call for olive oil so I ended up finding a recipe that did for extra elasticity in the dough.Overall very happy with the flour though!

I love this flour for our pizza but it really does need to rise for at least 12 hours. I let mine rise 24 and I find the flavor is perfect. My favorite flour for pizza. It's super light and fluffy.

This flour was definitely a game changer for making great pizza dough. I've bought 2 bags so far and definitely notice a difference.Makes dough manageable and stretchy. It also taste delicious. A little pricey but well worth it. You can get about 10-12 12 inch pizzas out of one bag. Only flour I'll use

I guess King Arthur 00 makes better pizzas (specifically for home oven) then Caputo Pizzeria 00 flour. Recommended for Pizza lovers
