Behaves just like “00” flour should. Makes a much crisper tasty pie. Also can be used to make pasta.

I could not find 00 flour in my local stores. It's hard to believe that no one carries it. Well, I am glad that I took a chance and chose this brand. I love this flour and glad I found it. I make pizzas a few times a week and everyone who eats my pizzas love the taste and texture of the dough. It makes a crisp golden brown crust that is light and fluffy, crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I couldn't asked for a better flour. Thank you for your wonderful product!

It is miracle flour. I've spent my life til this point always using the super market flour being told it's all the same. Well I figured enough cooks I trust use this stuff so why not. Do yourself a favor and try it if you love some good homemade pizza. It comes together so effortlessly with a wooden spoon then I let my stand mixer take over. It claims that it browns better than other doughs and I was very skeptical. But I cooked it gram gram the exact same way I have with my old flour and this stuff actually does. I pull it out of my cast iron and the bottom is perfectly golden brown, just dark enough to have flavor and texture contrast and a great crunch but the inside is soft and fluffy but still nicely chewy. I don't do written reviews often only on thing I think really earn their praise and this is easily 10/10

Wonderful flavor, super easy recipe for a thin crust, right on the bag. It really made the best thin crust I have ever made. The price is ridiculous though.

I used this to make pizza crusts. They came out thin, and delicious with perfect texture and flavor. I have never worked with such a beautiful flour before. Kneading the dough, I could feel the silkiness of it. Really worth the price.

I've recently taken up baking as an at-home hobby. My most adventurous endeavour so far has been pizza. I've made 4 pizzas and each one is a bit better than the last. I've used this King Arthur 00 flour each time and I haven't come across any problems. As long as you have a good recipe, good hydration, and add the right flavor components I really don't think you can go wrong here. It's milled finer than most other flours and has less gluten, similar to cake flour. Combine this with King Arthur's 'Pizza Dough Flavor' and you're practically guaranteed for success. Seriously, it seems silly but a tablespoonful of that stuff will completely change your pizza crust. This flour is a bit on the expensive side, but if you consider baking and cooking to be a hobby and not a 'chore' than you'll appreciate working with quality ingredients and your mouth will thank you for your hard work. I've made pizzas at home that are measurably better than the pizza joint down the road. Give it a try!

I use a combination of this this extra fine flour and regular organic flour for making pizza crusts and love that it's organic and non-GMO. Not inexpensive, but a great King Arthur product.

The best!This flower always gives me the most wonderful Neapolitan crust crunchy on the outside with just a little bit of chew! Great flavor! Especially when you use the King Arthur flour dough improver/enhancer
