I've recently taken up baking as an at-home hobby. My most adventurous endeavour so far has been pizza. I've made 4 pizzas and each one is a bit better than the last. I've used this King Arthur 00 flour each time and I haven't come across any problems. As long as you have a good recipe, good hydration, and add the right flavor components I really don't think you can go wrong here. It's milled finer than most other flours and has less gluten, similar to cake flour. Combine this with King Arthur's 'Pizza Dough Flavor' and you're practically guaranteed for success. Seriously, it seems silly but a tablespoonful of that stuff will completely change your pizza crust. This flour is a bit on the expensive side, but if you consider baking and cooking to be a hobby and not a 'chore' than you'll appreciate working with quality ingredients and your mouth will thank you for your hard work. I've made pizzas at home that are measurably better than the pizza joint down the road. Give it a try!
