The flour was okay. The packing of the two items caused the flour to come with a tear in it.

I try to follow the recipe from the back of the bag and the first time was a disaster. The second time we use our original recipe and cook it on our pizza stone. The pizza came out perfect! The crust is so crunched and the middle still has its nice softness. This will be my go-to pizza flour for now on.

I started making my own pizza crust and found a recipe that calls for this flour. I didn't expect much of a difference between this and all purpose flour, but it does make a difference. I will continue to buy and use it.

Dough is noticeably soft. The pizza definitely does have an airy crust on the edges, and you can stretch it fairly thin in the middle. Close to the pizza we had in Italy, but it's hard to match the airy soft crust that I had there. Frankly, no pizza in the States can match it. This is definitely a good one to try at home.
