This 00 pizza flour really makes a huge difference in the quality of the pizza dough. It's far superior to regular all purpose flour.

This is New York style pizza flour and I love it and my wife, who is very picky about pizza crust, loves it. The dough is hard to work with, but the reward is amazingly well worth the time spent. Highly recommend this flour for any pizza toppings, but I use few, so I get the full flavor of the crust, it's that good.

I have been making homemade pizza for a few years with all purpose flour, then a few weeks ago I happened to see the King Arthur OO flour and just thought I would see if it made any difference, I didn't know I could achieve such pizza perfection at home! The recipe on the package is almost perfect ( I just use a little less salt).

The pizzas I have learned to make with this flour are unbelievably delicious. This is my go to 00 flour, which I mix with a high quality bread flour for my pizza dough. I've been getting into handmade pizzas the past year. I was using a variety of random flours with decent-but-not-great tesults. BUT NOW using '00' has been a big upgrade.

This was my 1st attempt at Neopolitan pizza crust and it was a success: crispy, chewy and addicting. I didn't even have a proper steel or peel but the flour does most of the work for you anyway. Be patient. The crust takes 24 hours --minimum to proof but when it's ready to work with it's alive with tons of bubbles and super strong gluten strands. It turned out ugly but delicious . Definitely worth the wait.

After several fails, I've finally made a delicious homemade pizza thanks to this flour. Pictured are 2 different recipes found online and both turned out great. I couldn't find this flour locally so I first tried both recipes with bread flour only and they were good but not restaurant quality. It's incredible that flour can make such a difference, the pizza crust is chewy on the inside and crisp on the edges with nice bubbling and charring. Very happy with the results!
